WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY PACKAGE?

This will depend on where in the world you are located since we handle orders from 5 different warehouses. The expected shipping times according to each warehouse are the following:

USA: Orders ship out within a week of being placed.

CANADA: Orders ship out within a week of being placed.

ASIA/NZ/AU: Orders within Asia take around 1-3 weeks to get delivered. Orders to Australia and New Zealand take a bit longer since we ship to our hub in the area, Aetherworks. Orders take 4 to 5 weeks to reach Australia and after that Aetherworks will ship your parcel directly to you.

EUROPE: Depending on where you are located, orders dispatched from this warehouse take 1-3 weeks to reach you. Orders to Iceland/Greenland or the middle east are usually the ones that take around 3 weeks to get delivered.

UK: Orders ship out within a week of being placed.

 

MY PACKAGE HAS NOT ARRIVED?

If you have not received your item or received any type of notification after waiting for the time specified for your region above please contact us at support@moodpublishing.com and we will look into it straight away.

 

WHERE DO YOU SHIP TO?

We ship worldwide the only exceptions being Russia, Ukraine and Belarus.

 

WHAT DO YOU CHARGE FOR SHIPPING?

Shipping costs are calculated during checkout, after you enter your shipping address. Your location and order’s total weight will determine the price. You will be able to review the total shipping charges before placing your order. For international deliveries we use a number of established express courier services.

*If you live in the US and see that your shipping is irregularly high, $50 or higher, please contact us at support@moodpublishing.com . This is due to a bug in our system that’s causing your order to be assigned to the wrong warehouse. Please write to us and we’ll help you correct the issue.

 

WHERE’S MY TRACKING NUMBER?

You’ll get the tracking information in a separate mail, when your order leaves the warehouse. If you have lost it please contact support@moodpublishing.com 

 

HOW DO YOU HANDLE INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMS, TAXES OR DUTIES?

Customers ordering for delivery outside the US, Canada, the UK, the EU, Asia and AU/NZ will be responsible for payment of any local taxes payable including VAT, and may be required to pay extra for delivery and clearance where necessary. 

We attach the appropriate customs forms to every international shipment and clearly label the contents. That said, any import taxes charged by the destination country are your responsibility. Customs policies vary widely from country to country so if you have any concerns before you order, we recommend that you contact your local customs office.

If the order is returned to our warehouse because custom taxes were not paid on time we can reship your order but shipping will have to be paid for again.

 

OOPS! I GAVE YOU THE WRONG SHIPPING ADDRESS.

Contact us at support@moodpublishing.com with your order number and the correct address, and we’ll do our best to get it fixed. Orders ship out very quickly, so there’s no guarantee we’ll be able to correct the address before it ships. If your order is already en route, it will be
returned to the warehouse and re-shipped for an extra cost.

 

IF THERE'S SOMETHING WRONG WITH MY PRODUCT?

If your product is damaged, you can make a claim by emailing support@moodpublishing.com.


Make sure you provide us with photos of the problem, as well as photos documenting both the product content and the packaging. After you receive your order you have a 30 day guarantee where we will replace any issues regading defective or missing items in your order. This also applies for damage done during delivery.

However this doesn’t cover damages caused by external issues like pets or drinks accidentally spilled at the table (we know games can be exciting sometimes!). In this cases please contact us, we might not be able to send you a replacement for free but we’ll try to find a solution if possible and help you out for a small fee.

 

I HAVE A SHIPPING ADDRESS WITH NON-LATIN CHARACTERS. CAN YOU SHIP TO
ME?

Unfortunately, we can only accept addresses using the Latin alphabet, due to the rules of our shipping partners. All non-Latin character addresses, will result in the order being non-deliverable.

 

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

If you have received the wrong items by accident please write to us at support@moodpublishing.com mentioning your order number. This way we can investigate what happened at the warehouse when packing your order and send you the correct items.

If the order is what you selected and has been delivered in good condition then returns and refunds are
not possible.
